Natasha Latona
NATASHA is National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. She is an avid fitness enthusiast, heart failure, stroke and lymphoma survivor and heart and kidney transplant recipient. Natasha received her new heart in January of 2021 and new kidney in 2026. She was formerly a NCAA Division I cross-country runner, mutliple age group winner in races ranging from 5k to the half-marathon, dual marathoner, Boston marathon qualifier, long-distance cyclist and took part in cycling races. Natasha continues to train and has regained her full health after her heart transplant by running daily, walking and strength training.
She has vast first-hand experience in workout routines ranging from HIIT, endurance training, walking and running programs and strength training programs. She has personally experienced a health condition and also understands the needs of those who have struggled and currently want to regain their health as well as clients who strive to improve their overall health and fitness.
As a personal trainer, Natasha strives to help others toward a fitter, healthier life and mind-set by helping them set and reach S.M.A.R.T. Goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. Initially defining these parameters as they pertain to fitness goal(s) helps ensure that health objectives are attainable and that clients remain injury free along the way.
